Terms of Service
Effective September 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of offlinesurvivalhub.com and the content we distribute (together, the "service"), operated by Offline Survival Hub ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The service is not directed to children.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for personal or household use — not for sharing access or reselling downloads as a service.
Plans and purchases
- Annual membership renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime; access to member downloads continues through the period you paid for. We never raise the price of a plan you're already on.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase covering the library and its updates for the life of the service, including the Go-Bag bundle.
- Go-Bag bundle is a one-time purchase of the complete library as a single download, with refreshed bundles included for 12 months. After that window you can always re-download the last bundle you were entitled to.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. If something went wrong with a purchase, email us and we'll make it right.
Downloaded content is yours
Files you download are yours to keep. A lapsed subscription only stops new downloads and updates — it never locks, expires, or deletes anything already on your device. That is the point of the service.
Content and licenses
Much of the library consists of United States government works in the public domain, and of openly licensed works. Each guide shows its source and license, collected on the credits page. Public-domain and openly licensed items remain under their own terms: nothing in these terms restricts any right their licenses or public-domain status grant you, including copying and sharing those items. We claim copyright only in our original content, curation, packaging, and software; those you may use for personal purposes but not resell or redistribute as a competing service.
Not professional advice — read this
All content is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice and is not a substitute for professional care, training, or judgment. Never eat any plant or fungus based solely on a guide. When help is available, call your local emergency number. Conditions, doctrine, and best practices change; content may contain errors or be out of date.
Warranty disclaimer and limits on liability
The service and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Openly licensed and public-domain works carry their publishers' own warranty disclaimers, which travel with them.
Acceptable use
Don't break the law with the service, probe or disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — your already-downloaded files remain yours regardless.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, for account holders, announced by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Offline Survival Hub is organized. Questions: info@offlinesurvivalhub.com.
