Aeronautical data expires every 56 days — bundling stale charts is dangerous for actual flight use; label 'not for real-world navigation' or automate the 56-day refresh. The FAA site blocks some scripted fetchers (403) — pipeline may need a proper user agent or the catalog.data.faa.gov entry.
GeoTIFF (300 dpi, georeferenced), one file per chart; refreshed on the 56-day AIRAC cycle
~20-60 MB per sectional zip; full US sectional set a few GB
