Delete your account

From the website or the app

1. Sign in and open your account page — in the app, the Account screen.
2. Choose Delete account and type your email address to confirm.

Deletion is immediate. Any active membership is cancelled first, so you are never billed for an account that no longer exists.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Your account, your membership record, your sign-in and your entry in our mailing list are removed. A lifetime purchase is lost with the account and cannot be restored.

We keep a minimal record of purchases — plan, dates and payment reference — for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and nothing else about you. Payment details were only ever held by Stripe.

Guides and map packs already saved to your devices are unaffected: they are files on your phone or computer, and deleting the account does not reach them. Your vault is stored only on your phone and is not part of your account at all.

If you can't sign in

Email us from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm by reply before doing it, so that nobody can delete an account that isn't theirs.
